Can you explain what negotiation is please?
A
Process whereby two parties come together and agree an issue between themselves without having to get a third party involved.
Power to settle the dispute rests with the parties.
Negotiation ends when both parties come to an agreement.
Suitable for simple matters, e.g. final account.
