What is an offer?

A

An offer is a definite statement or proposition made by one party called the offeror to other party called the offeree, clearly and precisely indicating the terms in which the offeror is willing to enter into a contract with the offeree.

A

The offeror is the party who makes the offer.
The offeree is the party that accepts or does not accept the offer. So for there to be an agreement there must be 3 things: an offer, offeror and offeree.
