we know centrifugal force = friction, so friction = (mv^2)/r

and as force of friction = mu*normal,

mu*normal = (mv^2)/r

and force normal = mg,

mu*mg = (mv^2)/r

divide by m, so we dont need mass!

mu = (v^2)/rg

mu = 16^2/(40 x 9.81) = .65
