A

shoulder goes from wide to narrow to wide again.
phase 1: wide shoulder with a gathered in waist and the skirt goes out
phase 2: narrow shoulder with bigger sleeves and a wide waist and skirt
phase 3: shoudler widens against and we have a bell to dome shaped skirt but bring the waist in again.
