Explain digestive method:

A

(using of trypsin)

  • 15 g of meat sample is cut into small pieces and mixed with 40 ml of digestion solution (trypsin + buffer) in the electric mixer
  • digestion of the sample for 30 min.
  • filtration through the sieve into 4 tubes
  • centrifuge 5 min/1000 rpm
  • supernatant is discarded and sediment from 4 tubes is pooled in one tube
  • centrifuge 2min/1000 rpm
  • supernatant is discarded and 2-3 drops from the sediment are placed on a glass slide, covered with a coverslip and examined

can be used for sarcocystis
