  • Flaps/gears up
  • Climb power set
  • Engine gauges green
  • Fuel pump OFF (check FF)
  • Landing + taxi lights OFF
  • No fire, no leak x2
  • Contact ATC if needed

A
  • Gears down, wait for 3 greens
  • Flaps as required
  • Mix full FWD
  • Pitch 2400 RPM
  • Fuel pumps ON
  • Landing + taxi lights ON
  • Confirm 3 greens to check brakes
  • Heater as required
  • Call status of landing clearance

Intentional shutdown

A

If in flight, increase power

Then :

  • Throttle IDLE
  • Prop FEATHER
  • Mix ICO
  • Hydraulic pump if needed
  • Flaps UP / Positive rate Gears UP

Then :

  • Reduce power on good engine
  • Cleanup checklist
  • Declare emergency
  • Single engine landing checklist
  • Single engine go-around checklist
