There’s no smoke without fire

Translation is not exact. It’s a saying in Vietnamese. I guess the equivalent saying in English would be “where there’s smoke, there’s fire”, but in Vietnamese it’s more like “how can you have smoke if there’s no fire?” Kinda the same thing, but phrased differently.
