A

Occurs when a consignment of illicit drugs is detected in circumstances making it possible for the delivery of those goods to be made under the control and surveillance of NZ Customs and Police Officers

A
  • Assume leadership of investigation and appoint roles including customs liaison officer
  • Liaise with customs OC exhibits (ensure it’s done correctly)
