A
  • The expenditure of physical and metal work comes naturally (Optimistic)
  • Doesn’t inherently dislike work, enjoys the challenge, work becomes a source of satisfaction
  • Liberating and developmentally, Control, achievement, and continuous improvement achieved by giving, enabling and empowering responsibility.

  • Example: the deadline for a new toy has been pushed back so there will be a reduction of work on that toys development as now less of a priority.
