• 6mg rapid IV push (followed immediately by 20ml N/S IVI push)
(Draw up adenosine dose and flush in two separate syringes)
• 12mg rapid IV push if no response after 2 minutes.
• 12mg rapid IV push may be considered if no response after 2 minutes
