Any SH may inspect Corp records maintained at principal office

What is a qualified right?

Answer 2

Record holder for at least 6 mo.

Or

Owns 5% of all outstanding stock

Or

Whoever court allows

Examine accounting books/records for any proper purpose on 10 days written demand

Failure of Corp could result in mandamus order
