  • Cysts develop beneath bone.

  • Lack of ROM
  • Spasms on hamstrings lead to Knee Flex. deformity/contracture.
  • Genu valgus due to quad weakness and atrophy.
  • Leg may appear larger
  • Knee may lock or “give way.“

  • Exercise for strengthening quadriceps.
  • Stretching hamstrings & PROM of the patella.
  • Use of heat, ice, ultrasound, E-stim and massage.
