They are time consuming and are expensive, impossible to replicate data because results are not carried across

They are extremely reliable, remove bias because it’s controlled and therefore no influenced behaviour

A

Lack validity due to behaviour change coming from them not being in a natural environment, can’t get a natural view of society because society can’t fit in a lab
