A

Any field or group of fields that uniquely identifies each record. To set one, right-click on the small space next to the field name then select primary key

A

Click on queries then click on create queries in design view. Add necessary tables. For the table boxes that show up, click on the fields within them to get them to show up at the bottom. Then save the query

For numerical you will need to use number specific sorting like >= 3.
