Why do you want a job here?

Answer 3

When researching about Leicester I found you had inclusive values but that also you had your own equality aims and objectives which shows you want to be really on top of that and that it said you want an representative and supportive workforce and also inclusive leadership and that says to me that I will be supported here.

I also like how its expected for us to rotate through CT here so there isn’t any deskilling but also I read about the clinical audit which said that radiology and CT scanning had timely access, which is nice to be coming into a functional department.

I know you have the clinical training and the big simulation centre here which will be good for future training once I’m more settled.

In particular, I am very interest in the vascular department here and as mentioned Im interested in interventional
and ive worked in the cath labs at new cross so thats is something I feel prepared for that

Also I know what of your values is research and im a nerd so I do hope that in future I would be able to do research to help.

Whats your weakness?

I know you have the big maxillo-facial department and I havent had much experience in dental imaging so I will need a little support with that

Also Im autistic so sometimes working with children who are crying really loud can be hard but I have experience working in a school, so I know how to support children its more that I need a moment to cool down afterwards.
