A

•puts more strain on cardio-vascular system and decreases CV endurance
•can lead to high cholesterol and fatty deposits in arteries (can leads to hypertension and risk of strokes and coronary heart disease)
•more likely to develop type 2 diabetes
•decreases flexibility, speed, power and agility along with performance
