what criteria must be fulfilled for specialist accreditation?

A

1) fully registered with SPC, holding a valid practising cert, currently practising in SG

2) valid speciality cert recognised by PSAB (BPS)

3) relevant post grad education

4) successfully completed relevant residency training
- R1: 1 y full time residency training in broad based pharmacotherapy recognised by PSAB
- R2: 1y full time residency training in specialty applied recognised by PSAB

5) accumulate 1 year (continuous or otherwise) of specialty practice experience in the specialty applied for after completion of PSAB recongised specialty residency training, in the 3y preceding application (should not be from post grad or full time; independent training)

6) meet competency standards set out in the evaluation guidance for specialist practice scope at entry level (submit 3 recent and relevant examples using CV template)

7) meet necessary criteria by PSAB
