A

Approximation:
Sensory stimulation that provide enhanced proprioceptive feedback

Co-contraction:
Simultaneous contraction of agonists and antagonists’ muscles of a joint that reduce excessive movement

More contraction > more proprioceptive connection > increase proprioception and strength
