Poikilothermia - can’t control core temp - takes on temp of environment. risk for hypothermia.

-Repositioning Q 2 (Logroll until stabilized)
-ROHO cushion for wheelchair
-ROM exercises
-Good Mattress

-Assess pressure points under collars, braces
-Keep clean and dry under collars, braces
-DVT Prevention (don’t always need anticoagulant for life)
