Whitelist IPs of ours n user using network team (veera wil send mail abt full user account request) - to access each others

Each user will send request for user creation

communities already created

1. Partner creation = producer + consumer (intrnl comm,extrnl community)
2. create group [If u send for only 1-1 user - use generic
   If u send for 1-Many - use broadcast - Grp name]
3. Folder creation request - mailbox creation - folder mapping - channel creation
4. use template (already created) but we will have to create if facts or difacts nubmers are new ([producer mailbox consumer mailbox same unte fact ledante if any one is diff then difact]

when u use broadcast - for first time until and unless producer places file in the folder the channel wont be created for consumers
