- Dyspareunia

- Watery menstrual discharge
- Intermenstrual bleeding and post coital

Diagnosis
A
- Hx, bimanual + speculum exam
- Smear test
- Colposcopy

Stages
A
Stage 1: Cancer confined to vaginal wall
Stage 2: Cancer has spread to the tissue next to the vaginal wall
Stage 3: Cancer has spread further into pelvis
Stage 4A: Cancer has spread to nearby areas such as bladder and rectum
Stage 4B: Cancer has spread to areas from the vagina such as the liver

Surgical + radio or chemo
Localised: resection of lesion
Vaginectomy
