5 Main roles of the clinical coordinator
A
- Assist with SCHEDULING
- Assist with building rapport with preceptors and collecting data
- Ensure site has all documents needed
- Responsible for emailing preceptors with eval requests (mid and final)
- Go to jackie if you have scheduling concerns, site contact information, or issues with your rotations

- Oversee all of clinical year
- Schedules all rotations
- Contact and sets up new preceptors
- Performs clinical site visits
- Orients preceptors
- Creates return visit schedule
- Monitor student progress
