- initial: 25mcg (1 spray)
- Subsequent dose: 25mcg (1 spray)

Large child (>25kg):
- Initial: 50mcg (2 sprays)
- Subsequent: 50mcg (2 sprays)

Can repeat after 5 mins for total of 3 doses max.
