  • Treat as acute limb ischaemia until proven otherwise
  • Surgical emergency

  • CT angiogram
  • = confirm and locate where –> urgent vascular review

A
  • Urgent vascular review
  • Fluid resucitation
  • IV heparin while awaiting management
  • Irreversible tissue damage occurs within 6 hrs

  • Calves tender and firm
