A

An environmental impact assessment.
Evaluates the environmental impacts and all socio-economic, cultural and human health costs of a certain proposal.
Decisions can be made will full knowledge of environmental outcome.

A

A tool for determining likely environmental consequences of a project.

1 axis looks at the magnitude of the project’s consequences, the other looks at the significance of the environmental impact.
