3. Consumptive DIC and annexin II molecule on promyelocyte activating tPA causing hyperfibrinolysis. Hence important Mx is to give FFP to maintain fibrinogen >1.5
4. Urgent consult haematologist to start ATRA and arsenic trioxide. Correct coagulopathy by FFP and platelets.
