  • Found in avocado, almonds and macadamia nuts

  • Too much consumption can leed to weight gain
  • Found in milk, cream, butter, eggs, red meat

  • Building block of amino acids
  • Increase the number and size of cells
  • Helps with tissue repair and regrowth and bone lengthening and hardening
  • Assist in the immune system by producing antibodies
  • Found in red meat, poultry (chicken, turkey), eggs
  • Can get it from some plants but meat scources are better absorbed by the body
