Q

how does groyne measurement work

A

-Start at the end of the groyne (closest to the cliff).
-Measure the height of the exposed groyne (not post) from the top, down to beach level to identify differences in height of material each side.
-Record your answer in the table for both sides of the groyne.
-Move 10 metres further down the beach and repeat.
-Stop when you get to the sea.
