- In the tv show version of Puss in Boots that my brother watches, the town of San Lorenzo, where Puss in Boots lives, is very affluent because of their temple which is filled with gold.
- The art classroom at school is affluent with paper because that is what many artists use for their art.
- Noun: a tributary stream
- a wealthy or affluent person
- In Little Women, Aunt March is affluent and lives in a large luxurious house.
- My brother hates affluents because he fell into one when we were kids and was wet for the rest of the day.
