Excludes: External open-sided balconies, covered ways, and fire escapes. Open vehicle parking areas, roof terraces, canopies. Greenhouses, garden stores, fuel stores

EXCLUDES: External open-sided balconies, covered ways, and fire escapes, canopies. Greenhouses, garden stores, fuel stores

EXCLUDES: Entrance halls, atria, and landings used in common and permanent circulation areas. Areas under 1.5m, Stairwells, toilets, Lift rooms, plant rooms, fuel stores, columns, parking
