Amendment 20 - Lame Duck Sessions

Section 2. Congress assembles once a year on January 3rd unless appointed a different day
Section 3. If anything happens to President the Vice President takes over
Section 4. If officers die, the reps/senate may choose if choices falls upon them
Section 5. Sections 1 and 2 take place on October 15
Section 6. This article is inoperative unless it is ratified

Section 2. If there is vacancy in role of Vice President, President may nominate another person
Section 3. If President can’t perform duties pro tempore, Vice President is Acting President
Section 4. If the Vice Preesident is Acting President, he will continue until either the President or the Congress decides he is fit for duty again
