From ordering, collection, identification, transport, sample rep, analysis, reporting, interpretation, atuhorisation

At each step make it smoother with documented protocol

Easier ordering/clear, clear instructions about labelling, handling, sotrage,

automated instrument, minimal downtown/random access, automatic verification of results within ref limits, incomplete lists

reporting- interface, gen preliminary reports, reflex testing?

monitor/improve, audit, ix error
