Bulbo-Spongiosus

A

N: Deep Branch of Perineal nerve,a branch of pudendal n. (S2-S4).A: Female:Supports and fixes perineal body; “Sphincter” of vagina; assists in erection of clitoris, compresses greater vestibular gland.Male: Supports and fixes perineal body, compresses bulb of man junk (penis) to expel last drops of urine/semen, assists erection by compressing outflow via deep perineal vein and by pushing blood from bulb into body of penis.P: Female- Perineal body Male: Median raphae of bulb of penis; perineal bodyD: F: Pubic arch and fascia of corpura cavernosa of clitoris. M: Perineal membrane, corpus spongiosum and corpora cavernosa, and fascia of bulb of penis.
