A

-The ‘Social Chapter’ was criticised for being too socialist

-Environment minister, Tim Yeo, resigned in 1994 after it was revealed he had had an affair with a Conservative local councillor that had produced a child
-In 1994, Stephen Milligan accidentally throttled himself to death whilst apparently involved in a type of sexually related self-strangulation
-In 1994, there was claims of lobbying by Neil Hamilton, who had supposedly taken money from the Harrods owner, Mohammed Al Fayed

A

-In 1991, an American-led coalition, including large forces from Britain, which was backed by a UN resolution, expelled Iraqi forces from Kuwait in a short military campaign

-British intervention could not prevent the massacre of 7000 Bosnia men and boys, in the ‘Massacre of Srebrenica’ in 1992
