The entrepreneurial way to address a new product is to immediately take a step forward. If that feels good, take another. If not, step back.

They are also learning physical skills, including gross and fine motor skills, as well as perceptonial skills.
We want employees who will question the wisdom of something they regard as a bad decision.
We want people who, once they buy into a decision and believe in what they are doing, will work like demons to produce something of the highest possible quality.
How do you get these highly individualistic people to align and work for a common cause is the art of management.
The best managers are never at their desks yet can be easily found and approached by everyone reporting to them.
A study of the most successful CEOs in America found one factor they all have in common – they enjoy working with their hands.
The older ones on Cars that they worked on in high school or had wood shops in their garage where they made furniture. When a faucet needed a washer or a door wouldn’t close properly, they did it themselves.
When there’s a problem of any kind, these people have the confidence to think it through and solve it themselves instead of looking for a repair man or consultant.
The longevity of the CEOs career is directly proportional to his or her problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and grow with the job.
Many people don’t understand that HOW you climb a mountain is more important than reaching the top.
The goal of climbing big, dangerous mountains should be to attain some sort of spiritual and personal growth.
This won’t happen if you compromise away the entire process.
When there is no crisis, the wise leader or CEO will invent one. Not by crying wolf but by challenging their employees with change.
A wise leader knows that you also have to move when everything is going to well, everyone is laid-back, lazy and happy.
If you don’t move now, then you may not be able to move when the real crisis happens.
