BLACK CHERRY MOJITO
3 Lime Wedges 8 Fresh Mint Leaves 1.5 oz Grey Goose Cherry Noir Vodka 1 oz Black Cherry Simple Syrup** .5 oz Bol’s Triple Sec Sprite *Muddle Mint leaves, juice of three Lime Wedges (discard rinds) and Black Cherry Simple Syrup (shake well) in Pint Glass. Add Grey Goose and Triple Sec fill with ice and shake. Pour into High Ball and top with Sprite. Glass: High Ball Garnish: Lime
PORCH SWING PUNCH
1 Strawberry (use one large or two medium, remove stem) 1 oz Bacardi Peach Red 1 oz Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur .75 oz Simple Syrup 1.5 oz Orange Juice Ginger Ale *In Pint Glass, muddle Strawberry with Simple Syrup. Fill with ice, Bacardi, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur and Orange Juice. Shake well and pour back into Pint Glass. Top with Ginger Ale. Glass: Pint Glass Garnish: Strawberry

1.25oz Angels Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey .5oz St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur Squeeze 2 lemons splash of Simple Syrup 2 dash Fee’s Orange Bitters * In a rocks glass, build ingredients in the above order over ice, stir with bar spoon. Glass: Rocks Garnish: Lemon Twist
Island Getaway
ISLAND GETAWAY (CC) 1 Orange Slice 1 Lemon Slice 1.5oz Malibu Caribbean Rum .5oz Grand Marnier 1oz Pinapple Juice Sprite Grenadine *Muddle orange and lemon slice in a pint glass. Fill pint with ice. Add Malibu, Grand Marnier and pineapple juice. Shake well and then top with Sprite. Add splash of Grenadine. Glass: Pint Garnish: Cherry and Orange flag.

2.0 oz 901 Silver Tequila .5oz Cedilla Acai Liqueur 1.0oz Pineapple Juice 1.5 oz Blueberry Simple Syrup** Ginger Beer * Fill pint with ice. Add ingredients and shake. Top with Ginger Beer. Glass: Pint Garnish: 3 Blueberries and a Lime
Over The Moon
1 1/2oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka ½ oz Combier Liqueur D’ Orange 2 Tbs Tang mix *Rim high ball with Tang. Build in a pint glass. Shake with ice and then pour into a High Ball glass Fill with Sprite Glass: High Ball Garnish: Tang rim and orange slice

1.5 oz Bacardi Dragon Berry
0.75 oz Amaretto (rail)
.25 oz Grenadine
OJ
Sprite
*Fill highball glass with ice. Add first three ingredients, fill with OJ and shake. Add splash of Sprite.
Glass: Highball
Garnish: One Cherry
Peachberry Palmer
1 oz Absolut Wild Tea Vodka 1/2 oz Bol's Black Raspberry Liqueur 1/2 oz Bol’s Peach Schnapps Lemonade *Fill Highball glass with ice. Add Vodka, Black Raspberry Liqueur, Peach Schnapps and fill to the top with Lemonade. Roll it once in a shaker tin and pour back in the Highball glass. Glass: Highball glass Garnish: Lemon Twist
The French Hamilton 14th
1.5 oz Blue Coat American Dry Gin
.75 oz fresh lemon Juice
.25oz simple syrup
1.5 oz Cava
*Pour gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, into mini shaker over ice, stir well. Top with Cava stir once.
Strain into champagne flute and garnish with twist.
Glass: Champagne Flute
Garnish: Lemon Twist long and curly (like a telephone cord)
Rhuberry Cooler
RHUBERRY COOLER (OEG)
1 1/2 ounce strawberry rhubarb simple syrup**
1 1/2 ounce Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka
2 ounce lemonade
*Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously
Glass: High Ball
Garnish: Lemon twist.
COCO ROJO Mocktail
2 oz Watermelon Puree** 1 oz Basil Syrup*** Soda water *Add first two ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into Bird Bath. Add soda. Glass: Bird Bath Garnish: Mint sprig
Chocolate Chai-Tini
1 1/2 oz Ginger Simple Syrup** 2 1/2 oz Chai Tea 3 dashes Fee's Orange Bitters *Rim Glass with Chocolate Syrup and Sugar Crystals. Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into Bird Bath. Glass: Bird Bath Garnish: Orange Zest
Mojito
5 Fresh Lime Wedges 8 Fresh Mint Leaves 2 oz Bacardi Superior Rum 1 oz Simple Syrup Splash of Club Soda *Muddle Limes and Mint in Pint glass. Add Rum and Simple Syrup fill with ice and shake. Pour into High Ball and top with Club Soda. Glass: High Ball Garnish: Lime Wedge
Tito’s Cosmopolitan
2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka 1 oz Combier Liqueur D’ Orange 2 oz Cranberry Juice *Mix ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and strain into Bird Bath. Glass: Bird Bath Garnish: Lemon Twist
Sapphire Martini
3 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin Splash of Dry Vermouth * Combine ingredients in shaker tin, stir, strain into chilled Bird Bath. Glass: Bird Bath Garnish: Olive or Lemon Twist
