How to treat Psoraisis?

A

Mild-moderate: Topicals (steroids, coal tar, anthraline, Vit D, Tazarotene - retinoid)

Moder-severe: phototherapy (UVB)

oral or injected also avail.

Systemics (CAMP): MTX (slows fast-growing cells), PUVA, Acitretin (like accutane), Cyclosporin, Biologics (TNFa)

-target IL-23, IL-17
