Displacement -

Vitality: usually + but can possibly be negative initially which indicates increased risk of pulp death

A
Trauma to pdl resulting in some mobility but no displacement

Which tissues are affected?
A
Gingival : bleeding
Pdl oedema and bleeding
NVB damage possibly

When would yo take radiographs in subluxation?
A
4 weeks

What treatment is needed for subluxation?
A
Review pulp vitality after 1 yr
Soft diet analgesics OHI
Possibly needs splint but not likely if so splint for 2 weeks only
