Regime
The leadership in charge of running the state and the established institutions filled by an unelected bureaucracy

The right to rule defined and recognized by the citizens of a state

government bestows autonomous powers on local territories rather than centrally control

Official representative of the country in international matters
Head Of State
Coordinates foreign and domestic policy (i.e. President, Prime Minister, Monarch, Dictator, Cleric, etc.)

Seats Of Government
a capital that is moved for a specific reason
Forward Capital
the right to vote granted to the population of a state
