Medium sized, Circular Foramen Magnum, Spinous Process is long and sloping inferior (no space between vertebrae), 2 costal facets on body, long transverse process with foramina

A

Large body, Triangular Foramen Magnum, Short spinous process that points posteriorly, Transverse process more slender, space between vertebrae (good for LP’s), no costal facets

A

No body. Ring-like. Has anterior and posterior arch. Has two lateral masses.
