What are whole foods?

A

Whole foods have not been processed, preserved, refined, frozen, canned, polished, bleached, peeled, or otherwise stripped of nutrients. Whole food does not contain preservatives, additives, unnatural flavours, or colours—nothing has been added or taken away from it. In short, whole food is the best possible food for your body.
