Q

What is the course of T7 -T12?

A

leave intercostal spaces deep to the costal cartilage
goes anterolateral between the internal oblique & transverses abdominis (reaches lateral edge of rectus sheath)
enters rectus sheath pass behind rectus abdominis. gives off anterior cutaneous branch (passes through rectus abdomens and anterior rectus sheath to supply skin)
