Advantage-Much quicker,candaidates know about the firm so less training costs.
Disadvantage-No new ideas.

Recruiting from outside the business-advertised in lots of places.
Advantage-Job advert will be seen by more people more likely the firm will find someone more suitable for the job.Increase productivity.
Disadvantage-Advertising externally isn’t cheap

Application forms-This means that the firms can gain all the information they want from the employee.This means it is much quicker for the business to process and is more relevant to the job.
