Management

A

Pain - hot water bottles, Ponstan, paracetamol, etc.
COCP - can skip sugar tablets every 1-2 cycles
Depot Provera (GNRH analogue)
Laparoscopy - remove bits of endometriosis, cysts and adhesions
Radical hysterectomy and bilateral salpingoophrectomy
