It is a summer morning and the sky is blue.

I walk down the street to the downtown plaza.
Camino por la calle hasta la plaza del centro de la ciudad.
The cars go very slow over the stone street.
Los carros van muy lento sobre la calle de piedra.
I arrive at the plaza and in the center I see the Mexican flag dancing with the wind.

On one side is the Cathedral, the city’s largest old church. It is 12:00, and they are playing the bells.

On the street, to one side of the cathedral, a man sells some hair brushes and shows the people how to brush.
