Low: check with leg
Med: 360 defense 4
High: 2 point and 3 point
Ground: 2 point and 3 point

A

Side kick comes in, avoid and ideally pluck to the dead side and counter attack.

A

Shrug shoulders forward. Block punch with opposite hand, counter attack.

A

Turn sharply offline diagonally the same direction as your turned head. Counter attack.

Situation: chokes: front/shove against/behind wall.

A

Front: same as before. One arm shoots up flush to the wall and traps attacker’s wrist. Other hand grabs attackers free arm at wristband plucks away. Arm comes down as body turns to give elbow
Behind.
Do not flatten arms like the old way. Arms are bent 90 degrees turn face to side, hit wall palms up. Turn sharply offline diagonally the same direction as your turned head. Counter attack.

Situation: chokes: behind-windpipe and carotid artery.

A

Not a simultaneous pull. First hand goes back to rake eyes and then grabs wrist on way down while other hands follows behind and pulls down in arm. Spin out

A

This one is easy. You can strike, gouge eyes, smash nose, etc all to get out of it.

A

You can headbutt, push attacker’s hips away sharply at the pelvis to create space. Give knees and combatives. Always base out in the beginning.

You base out. You can throw elbows behind you, headbutt back etc. Get out of it.
