What are your powers to obtain information under S269 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and your remedies for non-compliance?
Obtain Name, Address, DOB
Anyone who has committed, or is committing, or is attempting to commit any offence against the act must supply their particulars if required.
It is an offence to fail to supply details or supply false details.
They shall be CAUTIONED and continued non-compliance following a warning can lead to their arrest.

RGTB offences have been committed on the LP that carry a max penalty of 5+ years and significant risk of further such offences being committed if they remain open.
Identify the powers to close a licenced premises found in S266 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012:
Prevent incidents or regain control of an incident out of control.
Must not be later than 24rs from the end of the day on which the order was made.
