What are the indicators for lock/unlock?
2 white indicator lines on the mandrel at the indicator cap. Bottom line is unlocked and top line is locked
How many turns to operate the tool?
3 turns. Left to lock, right to unlock
What is the load capacity of the tool?
1,000,000 lbs
What makes the locking dogs extend and retract?
Can taper interface on the mandrel
What retains the locking dogs to the tool?
8 locking dog retainer screws
What threads are on the connections of the tool?
6 5/8” REG box and 4 1/2” IF pin
What is the size, quantity, and purpose of the flow-by ports?
There are four 3” ports - 28.27 inches squared that enable trapped air to be vented while lowering the tool into the splash zone as well as returns while jetting in
Where is the 1/2” check valve located?
On the top of the tool body by the indicator cap. It helps prevent hydrostatic pressure.
What is the purpose of the anti-rotation keys?
They stop the tool from turning while it is being functioned
