d. While receiving worker’s compensation wage loss benefits from injuries sustained on duty;
e. While on Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) as described in Order 519 (Family Medical Leave Act);
f. While on Retirement Leave or Terminal Leave;
g. While relieved of duty; or
h. Federal Active Duty Orders (Title 10).
