1) What are the speed limitations for holding for CAT C A/C for <= FL140, FL140 - FL200, > FL200?
2) When does outbound timing begin in the hold?
3) What must the outbound leg not be longer than below FL140?
4) What should all turns be in nil wind?

A

1) 230KT, 240KT, 265 KT
2) Abeam the fix or on attaining the outbound heading, whichever comes later
3) 1MIN or the time/distance limit specified on the chart
4) 25 deg or Rate 1 whichever is less
